James Kerr, 18, will serve at least 13 years in jail for the murder of a grandfather whom he repeatedly shot in the head with his airgun. The murder took place at the home of the victim, a pensioner aged 72, in Winchburgh, West Lothian in August 2007 (see Incidents).
